I am a relational psychotherapuetic counsellor in advanced training. I offer counselling sessions near Southam (20 minutes from Leamington Spa and Daventry).
I also offer online sessions.

Sometimes life can feel challenging and overwhelming. It can feel like you are trying incredibly hard and yet you somehow still end up feeling like you aren't 'getting it right.' Maybe you wish that you could be kinder to yourself and feel more comfortable in your own skin.
I'm a relational psychotherapeutic counsellor in advanced training. I believe that through a warm, collaborative therapeutic relationship, it is possible to explore the feelings you find uncomfortable and challenge ideas that might be keeping you stuck.

Relational counselling is about working together to help you build self compassion, acceptance and process your emotions at your own pace.
I offer a space where you can come and express exactly how you are feeling- you can be truly yourself and know that you will be seen, heard, understood and never judged.
You may be experiencing anxiety, low self esteem, bereavement, trauma or relationship difficulties. Perhaps you are struggling with issues related to neurodiversity in yourself or a family member. Whatever you are facing, you don't need to face it alone.
Therapy is neuro-affirming and LQBTQI+ inclusive.
